The Farm was initially Established in 2015 by Actor Madhavan and his friend Mr. Subayogan, as a result of their Interest in Organics and Farming. Initially started with the plantation of the Aromatic Coconut trees in a small portion. Along side the coconut trees, several crops like Guava, Mangoes, Jackfruit etc. were planted. The Farm was managed as an organic farm using the integrated organic farming methods. Around 14 Cows were grown inhouse. When the results of Aromatic Coconut trees were excellent, the entire farm was converted to cocout farm with more than 350 Aromatic Coconuts and 4 other varieties of coconuts. Also the Farm was  named "MaBa Aromatic Coconuts" and the aromatic coconut seedlings were produced. In 2020 Actor Madhavan and  Mr  Subayogan  decided  to  hand  over  the  farm  to  the  new  local  owners. Subsequently  the  new  name  of  the
